Listed below are basic instructions on replacing your anti-virus with Avast! 4 Home Edition. This applies for SniperSpy or AceSpy.

1. At your remote computer, go to START > CONTROL PANEL > ADD / REMOVE PROGRAMS.
2. Click the entry for your current Anti-Virus and click REMOVE.
3. Follow the screens to remove the selected software.
4. Verify that there are no more entries for your Anti-Virus in the Add/Remove list.
5. Reboot your computer to complete the uninstall. (Recommended)
6. Go to http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html and click DOWNLOAD.
7. Install Avast! according to the instructions included.
8. Execute your SniperSpy module once more to ensure full installation.

Note: If you have AceSpy and its not functioning properly with Avast, then it means some files had been deleted from AceSpy by your previous Anti-Virus. You should uninstall your current version and reinstall. We can send you instructions to do this upon request. Simply submit a support ticket and request the latest AceSpy uninstall/reinstall instructions.
