How do I install SniperSpy?
Login to your online control panel. Click Download in the top menu. To install SniperSpy locally, Choose the Download Local Installer option and install on the child or employee computer MANUALLY. Refer the user guide to follow steps of installation.
To uninstall SniperSpy, simply login to your online control panel. Then select "Uninstall SniperSpy" from the left side menu. The software will then remove itself the next time it inserts information, which is usually within minutes. Also, SniperSpy can be uninstalled locally from the monitored computer. Is SniperSpy compatible with my computer?

To run SniperSpy for Windows smoothly, you need a processor of 433 MHz or faster PC with at least 64 MB RAM.
What are the internet connection requirements for SniperSpy?
SniperSpy works smoothly on any standard DSL, broadband or high-speed Internet connection. The uninterrupted consistency of internet connection matters more than speed on which it is running. Though a high-speed internet connection is preferred on the monitored computer while using the LIVE Control Panel.
Can I monitor multiple computers with one license or subscription?
No. In order to monitor multiple computers that you own, you will need to buy separate licenses for separate computers. For example, for you to monitor three computers, you will need to purchase three licenses. Also, you can uninstall SniperSpy from the one computer and then install it on another computer using the same license.
However SniperSpy version 8.0 for Windows does feature Multiple Device Management. This allows you to monitor multiple computers, each with its own license/subscription, under one control panel.
How do I view the logged info monitored by SniperSpy?
After you have installed SniperSpy to your monitored computer which your child or employee uses, you should login to your online control panel using your username and password to the actions performed by your child or employee.
Is there a way by which I can download a file from my remote system?
Yes. You can use the Remote File Browser in the Live Control Panel to download any file from your remote system.
How long are my logs saved?
All logs are subject to deletion after thirty (30) days. It is your responsibility to download / save any logs you wish to keep onto your own personal computer.
How do I retrieve a lost password?
To retrieve your online control panel password, click Forgot Password to have it sent to your registered email address.
How do I change my SniperSpy password?
To change your SniperSpy password, first login to your account. Click on "My Account" on the top menu. Next, click on "Change Password." Finally, enter your current password and the new password twice to confirm then click on Change to save your settings.
Is there a trial version available for SniperSpy?
Yes. On first signup, you will get a 7-day free trial of SniperSpy software. Just signup, login, download software and install. It's that easy!
How can I upgrade SniperSpy to its latest version?
On a new purchase, you get the latest version of SniperSpy. To upgrade you will need to contact Support for the upgrade instructions and download link. You have to uninstall and reinstall to get the latest version.
